Our standard production policy is to try to get every wooden nickel order shipped out within 10 business days or less, and every plastic token order shipped out within 15 business days or less. This is not a guarantee, just an estimate of normal production and includes the proof process. The faster you approve your proof, the faster your order can ship out. The vast majority of our wooden nickel orders normally ship out within 6 business days after you have approved your proof, and plastic token orders try to ship out within 8 business days after you have approved your proof, depending on workload, but, again, cannot be guaranteed. This policy can be viewed at our Shipping Policy page.
Guaranteed Rush Orders are available, and you must telephone us for this option. A Rush Charge will apply if you cannot wait for our normal estimated time frames above. In some instances, a rush charge may not be needed if our workload at the time you call permits it. When you call, we will need to know what date you must have the order at the required destination. We will have to work out details on when you can give us the order, when we can get you a proof, if needed, how fast you can approve the proof, and when the job can ship after you approve the proof. Again, please call us to find out further information. Same Day Rush Service is never available.

Wooden Nickels
Rush charges are based on the number ordered, and are as follows:
1000 = 45.00
1001 - 2500 = 55.00
2501 - 5000 = 60.00
5001 - 7500 = 80.00
7501 to 10000 = 115.00

These charges are in addition to the base price of the product ordered.
Plastic Tokens
Due to the different process of running plastic tokens, any rush charge will be a straight price of an additional 35% of the token order price.
IMPORTANT:
These rush charges apply to in-house rush procedures and when your order will be guaranteed to leave our facility. Standard shipping times still apply. All orders are normally shipped via UPS, and you must allow for time in transit from the time it leaves our facility.
However, your order can be shipped out UPS Next Day Air to receive it the day after it was shipped, UPS 2nd Day Air to receive it two days after it was shipped, or UPS 3 Day Select to receive it three days after it was shipped. This is recommended if you must have your order by a certain date and your shipping address is outside of UPS-s regular one, two, or three day shipping zones from us. Please contact us for the costs for these shipping options. Once we can tell you the date we can ship your order, then we can help you pick the best shipping option for you, so that you get the order on the date you need it by.
You may also elect to have your order shipped via one of the expedited UPS shipping options rather than regular ground service, without electing to utilize our rush service. Again, please contact us for what options are best for your situation.
Our goal is to meet the demands of all of our customers by supplying products of the highest print quality on a scheduled basis. We, therefore, reserve the right to not accept an order on a Rush basis. It just may not be possible. Plant time in some instances may not be available, i.e. Holidays, peak production times or Acts of God. Good planning generally eliminates the need for rushes, but we know the occasional rush is certainly warranted and hope this policy will help with those times when Rush orders are absolutely necessary.
