Where do I send my art?
For wooden nickels and plastic tokens, we prefer vector based art. Please contact us to see if your artwork will work for this type of printing.
What is Vector Art:
Any file created in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw must be saved in an .ai or .eps format with all fonts converted to outlines or curves. Please save Creative Cloud (CC) files in CS6 or lower.
Important Things To Know:
For our Wooden Nickels: Heavy solids that use up a significant portion of the imprint area and / or reverse art are not accepted. This type of art causes ink drying issues during production and therefore are not accepted. We recommend converting heavy solid areas to outlines.
PromoteSource cannot be responsible for the loss of artwork.
Artwork charges may be incurred to clean, revise or modify or convert artwork.
It is understood that you or your designer will provide artwork in compliance with the client logo and reproduction specifications.
It is understood that you or your designer have obtained proper authorization to use provided artwork. You are responsible for showing us applicable licensing on projects requiring this consideration. You must show us that you are authorized to use the logo and/or artwork. We reserve the right to turn away projects that we feel do not meet these requirements. We will not take on projects that we do not have proper authorization to use the logo and/or artwork.
